"Local Designer Paint Store Shows Its' True Colours"-Thanking Customers and Raising Funds For The Cancer Society.

This past weekend, Paintscapes a designer paint store in the Clarkson Village held a customer appreciation day. The event was held to celebrate Paintscapes first year in business.

Owners Karen O' Connell and David Wright wanted to thank their customers for their patronage during the stores first year of operation as well as raise funds for the Cancer Society.

The day included several informative seminars, sale items, face painting and lunch served under a large tent in the parking lot outside the store.
At the end of the day Karen and David welcomed over 200 customers through their doors, while raising over $300 for The Cancer Society.
It is great to see small business helping in the community, earlier this year Paintscapes help sponsor a fund raising event for The Daily Bread Food Bank.
